Since 2017 I have been working as a qualified Hatha yoga teacher (registered with Yoga Alliance). My name is Jop van Bragt. The lessons are aimed at awakening the energy and playfulness in you. Yoga for me is meditation in movement, a nice workout with the necessary relaxation. In the beginning, breathing is central. As you progress you feel your breath and movement working together more and more. And that your flexibility is increasing. My yoga classes are based on Hatha Yoga, with a mix of Yin-, Vinyasa-, and Kundalini Yoga with Qi-gong. I also give yoga on location on request.
